Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery: £3.99 – Estimated 3-5 working days

Express Delivery: £5.99 – Estimated 1-2 working days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow a few extra days before contacting us, as delays can occasionally occur during busy periods. If your parcel appears to be lost, please email us at info@yolamiskinit.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened or used skincare products, gift cards, and any items marked as final sale.

Refunds
